A former high-ranking weapons specialist in the army, Lugo sought employment as a big game hunter and merc after being dishonorably discharged. Strong-willed, arrogant, sarcastic, highly intelligent, and treacherous, Lugo currently works as a cryptid bounty hunter for N.E.C.R.O. He posesses a bionic left eye that allows for telescopic, night vision, infra-red, and targeted tracking. His cybernetic left arm provides him with superhuman strength and a palm blaster. Both enhancements are powered by energy cartridges that he inserts into the upper part of his arm.
